We are a working drapery workroom in the Downtown LA Fashion District, not a Westside showroom. Behind our walls are hundreds of rolls of fabric, including designer prints and remnant rolls from well-known Las Vegas hotels, the kind of textiles you cannot find anywhere else, often at a fraction of the price.
Shawn will tell you honestly what will and will not work before a single yard is cut. That is why our customers send their friends, and why they drive in from across the region and beyond.

Many downtown stores sell only synthetics. We keep a large variety of silk, linen, cotton, and velvet, plus interesting designer and remnant fabrics that are anything but run of the mill.

We carry hundreds of rolls of fabric in our Downtown LA showroom, and we design, fabricate, and install finished custom drapery, curtains, sheers, and Roman shades. You can choose from our fabrics or bring your own textiles for us to work with.
We are at 846 S Wall St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles, just minutes from most of the city. There is no Westside showroom markup baked into our prices.
Yes. Karmel and his crew measure on site, fabricate the treatments, and install them. We also re-hem after installation if the fabric relaxes on the rod, so the drape hangs perfectly.
Unlike many downtown stores that stock only synthetics, we keep a large variety of natural fibers: silk, linen, cotton and natural blends, and velvet, alongside designer prints and quality synthetics. We also carry interesting remnant rolls sourced from high-end Las Vegas casino hotels.

Yes. We install motorized window treatments and can motorize many existing drapery and shade systems so they open and close on a remote, a wall switch, or a schedule.
We do. We repair, re-hem, alter, and re-hang existing drapery and window treatments, and we can refresh older curtains rather than replacing them outright when that is the better call.
Yes. Along with drapery we reupholster sofas, chairs, and vintage pieces, and we make custom headboards, bedding, pillows, trims, and fabric wall coverings to tie a room together.
We serve all of greater Los Angeles from our Downtown showroom, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, the Hollywood Hills, and the San Fernando Valley. Customers regularly drive in from across the region and beyond.
